Dr. William J. Torres Bobadilla is a Researcher with extensive experience in theoretical physics, specialising in scattering amplitudes. With a PhD from Università degli Studi di Padova, Italy, he developed innovative techniques for computing physical observables, in classical and in quantum field theories. At the Instituto de Física Corpuscular, he contributed significantly to the reformulation of the loop-tree duality and provided post-Newtonian corrections to the Newton potential through effective field theories. Dr. Torres Bobadilla has led pioneering calculations for the MUonE experiment and Higgs plus jet production at three-loop accuracy at the Max-Planck-Institut für Physik, Germany. Currently, he holds a research position at the University of Liverpool, further advancing the field of muon physics theory.
