Tyler Corbett visits IFIC (9th-12th Nov)
Tyler Corbett is visiting from 9-12 November. After doing his PhD at Stony Brook University, he did a postdoc at Melbourne University and is now a Marie Curie fellow at Niels Bohr Institute. He is primarily interested in the application of the Standard Model effective field theory as a method to indirectly observe new physics at the LHC, particularly in the Higgs and electroweak sectors. He will give an IFIC topical seminar on Nov 12th with title "The geoSMEFT and some applications". His office is located at the main building (office 1- 4 -1).
