Andreas Trautner visits IFIC from May 5th to 9th, 2025

Andreas Trautner is a theoretical physicist working on many topics including CP violation, neutrinos and the flavor puzzle. He studied at the University of Washington, Seattle and Technical Unversity of Munich and obtained his PhD in 2016.

He held postdoc positions at the University of Bonn, the Max-Planck-Institute for Nuclear Physics in Heidelberg and recently joined the Instituto Superior Tecnico, Lisbon as an FCT associate researcher. Andreas will be visiting IFIC and the University of Valencia from May 5th until 9th and will give a seminar explaining the "Electroweak scale hierarchy from conformal and custodial symmetry" on May 6th.
