Drs. Roman Poeschl, Mary-Cruz Fouz and Dirk Zerwas visit IFIC from 26th March to 28th March.
In the last week of March, distinguished members of the DRD6 Collaboration (CERN Detector R&D Collaboration for Calorimetry) and detector R&D for future Higgs Factories and beyond collider experiments will be at IFIC. They collaborate with the AITANA group and will participate in the PhD defence of Jesús P. Márquez Hernández, the 28th at 11.30AM https://indico.ific.uv.es/event/8013/
Roman Poeschl is the spokesperson of the DRD6, leader of the HEP group for future colliders at IJCLab (CNRS/IN2P3) and member of the LUXE collaboration. He is also one of the promotors of the LC-Vision proposal for a Linear Collider Facility at CERN proposed for this European Particle Physics Strategy Update. He will be in Office B.1.3 from the 26 to 28th March.
Mary-Cruz Fouz Iglesias is the deputy spokesperson of the DRD6, technical coordinator of the ILD detector concept group for future colliders and coordinator of the WG3 - Detector R&D of the ECFA Study on Higgs/Top/EW Factory Workshop. She is also the national contact for the ECFA R&D Roadmap and Implementation. She will be in Office B.1.6 on 28th March and will discuss with instrumentalists of IFIC and members of the management the status of the formal creation of the DRD-Collaborations https://indico.ific.uv.es/event/8011/
Dirk Zerwas is director of the Dark Matter Lab - DMLab (CNRS Helmholtz laboratory), an international research laboratory of the CNRS, DESY, KIT and GSI. He was director of the GDR (Groupement de Recherche) and later the IRN (International Research Network) Terascale, where experimentalists and theorists discussed analyses and joint work on topics related to the Higgs boson, BSM, and dark matter. He is co-coordinator of the WG2 - Simulation and tools of the ECFA Study on Higgs/Top/EW Factory Workshop. He is a member of the DRD6 and the LUXE collaborations. He will be in Office 128 Nave Experimental from the 26 to 28th March.
