Prof. Stefan Vogl from the Institute of Physics at the University of Freiburg visits IFIC from March 10th to 11th, 2025

In 2014 Stefan got his PhD from Technical University Munich (TUM), Germany. He spent his postdoc years at Stockholm University, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Max Planck Institute for Nuclear Physics (Heidelberg), and the Max Planck Institute for Physics (Munich). In 2020, Stefan joined the University of Freiburg as an Assistant Professor.

Stefan's research background is in theoretical astrophysics physics. He is particularly interested in dark matter and neutrino physics. His work focuses on particle dynamics in the early Universe and the connection with experimental observables.
