Prof. David Lin from Institute of Physics, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University visits IFIC from October 21th to 29th, 2024

C.-J. David Lin completed his PhD degree in Lattice QCD at the University of Edinburgh in 1999. He then held postdoctoral research positions at University of Kentucky, University of Southampton and University of Washington in Seattle, before he joined National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University as a faculty member in 2007. He has worked on lattice calculations for QCD matrix elements in flavour physics, hadron structure, as well as novel strong dynamics beyond the Standard Model.
