IVICFA workshop on Computational Methods for Physics
Next Friday, October 17th, the series of autumn IVICFA workshops continues with a session devoted to computation applied to physics. Throughout the whole Friday morning until lunch time (by Spanish standards) we will be able to attend up to eight talks divided in two parts: in the first, applications of computer power to particle physics analyses will be discussed, whereas the second will cover numerical methods for the study of astrophysical models.
As usual, the talks will be held at the conference room of the Science Park, on the first floor of Edificio de Cabecera. The organisers encourage the attendees to register through the Indico web application in order to optimise the organisation.
