The mission of the Office of Young Researchers (OYR) is to carry out actions that favor the professional development of doctoral and postdoctoral researchers at IFIC.

Objectives

The actions carried out by the OYR to fulfill its mission are framed in the development of various activities throughout the academic year aimed at helping new recruits, and disseminating the capabilities and skills acquired by IFIC doctors in the business world.

1. Help program for the integration of the institute's doctoral and postdoctoral researchers: Presentation day for new postdocs, in collaboration with the heads of units, welcome day for master's and doctoral students, ...

2. Help program for the integration of doctors into the work environment: Round table with IFIC doctors currently integrated into the work world, Conference with companies, Colloquium held by an IFIC doctor with a relevant position in a company, ...
