Giorgio Arcadi, from the University of Messina, will be visiting IFIC from July 20 to 24.

His research relies on Astroparticle Physics and Physics of the Early Universe with main focus on Dark Matter and Baryogenesis. His primary research is building extensions of the Standard Model embedding particle Dark Matter candidates and subsequently testing them against the requirement of the correct relic density and limits from dedicated Dark Matter search strategies as well as from searches of New Physics under a broader perspective. A second research line is relative to baryogenesis models with focus on leptogenesis and possible connection with sterile neutrino Dark Matter and neutrino mass models.

During his visit he will hold an IFIC Seminar.

His office will be located in B-6-2.
